Swimming Class Levels

Our swim school offers a variety of class levels tailored to different swimming abilities. For most levels, swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters independently. However, we now offer a Pre-Junior level for those who are still working towards this milestone. Below is an overview of our class levels:

01

Pre-Junior Class

The Pre-Junior Class is for swimmers who can glide and swim independently for 10-15 meters and are beginning to develop proper arm recoveries for front and back swimming. Swimmers at this level will focus on improving the coordination of their arm and leg movements in both freestyle and breaststroke. They will also work toward swimming 25 meters with more confidence and better technique.

02

Junior Class

The Junior Class is designed for swimmers who have just learned to hold their breath and exhale underwater and can swim 25 meters independently using at least one stroke (such as freestyle or backstroke). In this level, students will focus on refining their technique in their primary stroke and begin learning a second stroke. The emphasis will be on improving kicking techniques and overall efficiency in the water.

03

Foundation Class

The Foundation Class is for swimmers who have already mastered at least two swimming strokes. This level focuses on learning a third or fourth stroke and begins practicing basic techniques such as starts and turns. The primary goal is to use swimming as a form of exercise to improve overall muscle tone, cardiovascular health, and immune system strength. Students will work on enhancing their endurance and technique while incorporating more advanced swimming skills.

Development Class

The Development Class is for swimmers who are proficient in all four strokes and want to perfect their techniques to look more polished and graceful. This level includes aerobic exercises to enhance overall body conditioning and improve body lines. Students will learn all competitive elements, including diving starts, turns, and detailed technique improvements. The goal is to refine strokes, enhance performance, and achieve a more aesthetically pleasing swimming style.

05

Advanced Class

The Advanced Class is for swimmers aiming to further improve their performance and perfect all technical aspects of their swimming. This level focuses on optimizing race techniques, enhancing overall speed, and preparing for competitions. Training includes intensive practice sessions, detailed technical corrections, and pre-race warm-up strategies. It is designed for swimmers who are preparing to join competitive swimming programs
